Our designer chalets red roses in Dienten have a luxurious flair and will fulfil all your wishes, both in summer and in winter.
THE FURNITURE IN OUR APARTMENTS
The designer kitchen features a coffee maker, a fridge, a dishwasher, dishes and a set of cutlery.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed.
Furthermore, the apartment features a balcony, fresh towels and bedding.
Cable TV is included.
The designer living room offers a sofa bed for two people and a big terrace.
The designer bathroom offers a hot tub or a shower.
A wellness area, a Finnish sauna and hot tubs are available for our guests together with a shower and a toilet.

CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION
Rental prices are indicated in euros/ per day and per apartment.
Normally, reservations are made for a week or longer (Sat.-Sat.). If you would like to stay for a shorter period of time, please contact us about the possibility of a special arrangement.
Arrival: from 10am to 6pm, check-in from 4pm, departure by 10am.
One parking spot is available per apartment.
Animals are not allowed.

Extra costs:
The final cleaning in the studios A+B amounts to € 79.-
The final cleaning in the apartments C+E amounts to € 100,-
The final cleaning in the apartments B+D amounts to € 100,-
The visitors’ tax per day / per adult amounts to € 1,95
Other than that, there are no extra costs.
Methods of payment :
An advance payment is required for all bookings made, which amounts to € 300,- per booked apartment or studio. The remaining sum is to be paid 14 days before your arrival. Our bank data is given in the booking confirmation.
Payment options include bank transfers, debit cards, EC cards and Visa cards.
Canecllation conditions :
Starting from two months before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price of the apartment. Starting from one week before the arrival, the entire sum will be required. Any other cancellations before these periods of time will only entail the advance payment indicated above.
